Project Description:
The project aims to design and develop a modern, dynamic, and user-friendly website intended to present and promote the general knowledge program. This website will serve as a central platform for information, communication, and interaction between the program and its audience. It will notably make it possible to: present the concept, objectives, and team of the program; broadcast the programs (audio/video) and archives; publish news and educational content; facilitate interaction with internet users (comments, contact); strengthen the program’s digital visibility and professional image.
Project Innovation / Specification:
system allowing internet users to support their preferred candidates. To make the process accessible and reliable, several payment methods will be offered: Mobile payment: via Orange Money, My Nita, or any other local mobile payment service, enabling users to vote easily from their mobile phones. Each transaction will be secured and authenticated, ensuring that every vote is valid and accurately recorded. The objective is to combine accessibility, security, and transparency while simplifying the participation process for the audience.
Project Sustainability Approach:
The Sarki Excellence project integrates a sustainable development approach at multiple levels in order to ensure a positive long-term impact, both socially, environmentally, and economically. Social sustainability: The project promotes inclusion and accessibility, enabling all audiences, including those from rural or disadvantaged areas, to participate in voting and access information through the website. It encourages civic participation and strengthens civic awareness among young people by promoting merit and excellence. Economic sustainability: The online voting system with integrated payment methods generates recurring revenue that can be reinvested in the project to improve content, maintain the website, and organize more educational events. The digitalization of the voting process reduces costs associated with traditional methods (printing, logistics, transportation). Environmental sustainability: The project prioritizes digital solutions, reducing paper usage and limiting the carbon footprint related to travel for voting.
Local and Regional Impacts of the Project:
The Sarki Excellence project, through its general knowledge program and interactive website, generates significant impacts at both local and regional levels. Local impacts: Skills development: Local youth and students improve their general knowledge and digital skills through quizzes, educational content, and interactions on the website. Civic participation: The online voting system encourages citizen engagement in the selection of candidates, strengthening democratic and civic spirit within the community. Promotion of local culture: The project highlights cultural heritage, local talents, and community initiatives through educational and interactive content.
