Project Description:
Interior renovation project of a church aimed at modernizing the space while preserving its spiritual function. The objective was to transform an old and deteriorated place into a welcoming, functional, and aesthetically pleasing environment for the congregation. The design proposes a more fluid spatial organization, improved lighting, and the use of contemporary materials to create an atmosphere that is warm, bright, and conducive to reflection.
Project Innovation / Specification:
The project’s innovation lies in integrating contemporary elements into a traditional religious space. The use of modern materials, reimagined lighting, and a new spatial layout enhances visibility, acoustics, and user comfort. The design seeks to balance modernity with spirituality, renewing the experience of the congregation within the space.
Project Sustainability Approach:
The project prioritizes durable, low-maintenance materials to ensure the longevity of the renovation. Optimization of natural lighting and the integration of an efficient lighting system reduce energy consumption. The goal is to create a sustainable space that respects resources and is suitable for daily use by the community.
